I rant about how motion-based gaming may become the standard, and how much I would hate for that to happen.

It's all in fun, friends, don't take it too seriously.

  • Will Grayson, Will Grayson! Fellow nerdfighter?

  • @hwprugby Indeed.

  • That was pretty interesting to listen to. Especially since you went in a completely different direction than I expected from your video title. While I think traditional game types are around to stay, I hope Sony and Microsoft (and Apple to a certain extent) do not put too much stock in motion-(insert whatever here).

Kinect and Move both launched last year, and I really have not heard much about them. For that matter, what does the Wii have coming out for it?

  • @Necroswain I haven't followed the PS3 that much, but I think the Kinect is definitely becoming more popular. Many of my friends have bought it for sure. And I think both Kinect and Move will soon be part of the basic console bundle. (if they aren't already)

  • Wow I was expecting some propaganda about how we should get off our gamer asses and do something productive, but delightfully, Ive found just the opposite. Well done Mr. Janitor.

  • @FlashyBastard23 yeah some classic misdirection right there ;)

  • Most Hardcore motion based games on the Wii really don't require you to do stupid movements. Playing COD on the Wii I know first hand how Developers will develop games for the Wii U and as a result the Move. Red Steel 2 was perfect example of how you can create a Hardcore Game that is fun, challenging, requires little movement, and doesn't make you look like a fool.

I guess you call me an elite motion gamer. I'm still fat and I play the Wii daily. Trust me it's Core games are not tiring.

  • @madentirelyofawesome Lol. same order for me ;)

  • I don't even have a PSP but I think they're gorgeous!....in a bad ass way! Even though I have a 3DS now I still plan on buying a PSP as well in the future

  • Okay, after the first video I watched (the atheism one) I thought, "This guy is deep. I like his style... Another video, perhaps?"

After the second video I watched (the N-word) I thought, "This guy may in fact be the next messiah. (LOLZ) Debate skills FTW. Video game video? Let's go see!"

After the third video I watched (you know... this one?) I thought, "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL---can't br--breathe. Must.... subscribbbeee..... wait... what did he say at the end about his hair?... LOLOLOLOLOLOL---"

  • In the land of sony, everything is proprietary, and VERY ugly.

  • The PS2 slim and PS3 slim are nice to look at though.

  • Hurray WGWG!

  • I appreciate the innovation with the Wii and Xbox Kinetic are trying but they need to be refined a great deal.
