Balto the Arctic Fox playing fetch

Here is Balto, he's almost 6 months now, and he is playing fetch with me. as you can see by the end of the video, he is ticklish just like normal dogs... but his is more so haha.

Is balto litter trained? if so, how hard was it to do so, and 100% litter trained? if not, how do you handle him needing to go??
