@at1212b LMFAO it was the same here in Ireland, you never ever knew when there'd be a Saturday Night's Main Event, for me it was when you saw it in the tv listings, cause the WWF would never advertise it beforehand. Then the highlight of my childhood was attending SNME in Worceter Mass in July 89. They just don't cut the mustard nowadays.

Jesse ventura is a highly dislikeable character...certainly, he bever quite had what it took to be a top line wrestler...and his attempt to make this seem like Olympic Judo or something was annoying even then...
