Palma Nova is a popular resort amongst families and couples looking to soak up the idyllic atmosphere. Palma Nova also caters for singles and groups that are looking for a vibrant clubbing scene that go on well into the early hours.

One of the top attractions here is Marineland. This fantastic park is based in Puerto Portals, a beautiful port close to Palma Nova and is home to a whole array of sea life. Take a family day out and watch the sea lion and dolphin shows or why not catch an exotic bird display.

Golf fantasia is equally exciting. With 3 different 18 hole courses to choose from, this crazy golf complex is different to the normal courses as it is set in a luxurious setting surrounded by waterfalls, lakes and palm trees.

Palma Nova is right next to the resort of Magaluf and is therefore close to a great range of attractions. A day out to Western Water Park is a must for any holiday maker and costs just 24 euros for adults. It even has a number of shows and wild west theme rides.

During the day, Son Matius beach in Palma Nova is a great place to relax and unwind. With stunning white sandy shores and shallow waters it is ideal for families and friends alike. Take part in some of the water sports available here or take a pedalo out to explore the coast line.

The nightlife within Palma Nova is friendly and relaxed. It's made up mainly of restaurants and with a great range of British, Spanish and international food on offer there is something different to try every day. If you head along to Puerto Portals there is a beautiful port that is lined with great restaurants and is a real hotspot for the rich and famous.

In the evening one of the most popular things to do is visit the pirate show and the new 'Come fly with me' show. With family showings and uncut adults versions they are perfect for all ages. Prices range depending on where you want to sit and it is advised you book up in advance as they get very busy.

If you are looking for the bright lights of the clubs you don't have to look too far from Palma Nova. Magaluf is a short walk away and is home to some of the biggest clubs in Europe. BCM is the largest club here and for around 22 euros you can enjoy entry and free drinks all night.

Palma Nova is a great resort for families, couples and groups of friends. It provides a quieter location than Magaluf and is a great alternative for those who want to escape the busy clubbing centre during the day. Families are also catered for brilliantly here and with a flight time of just 2 hours 15 minutes, it is a safe and exciting place to bring the kids.

    Possibly go to magaluf (just round the corner). if your looking for a peaceful nice place i strongly recconmend palma nova
