This 1979 documentary film focuses on gangs such as the savage skulls & nomads who occupied areas of the South Bronx. Perhaps even more compelling is considering that the backdrop and social conditions in this film are a 'far cry' from the lifestyle being promoted through disco music and film. Perhaps this answers questions to why many people took preference over the funk records which arguably pathed the way for Hip Hop culture.

@TheJasonDR they didn't take the blacks seriously as a force,because there was no black foreign power that threatened Germany, you're right in the olympics, they hated Joe louis for beating Schmelling, and Hitler refused to stay for the awards for Jesse Owens for track. Hence the Nazi's were against blacks, that's why ppl think it's weird that the Skulls here wear the swastika.

@area51er6 well...Nazis weren't against Blacks...they had a list of races listed by Superiority...first is Germanic people ..then British.then afghan then indian for some reason Nazis thought Indians were also Germanic..then Italian..then japansese then ..native americans then blacks then Jews
