Folks - AZT killed Bergalis, not AIDS.

Have you noticed that they stopped dying so quickly once AZT wasn't being given out like candy? Look at Magic Johnson. On November 7, he'll have know he's had it for seventeen years, yet he has never seroconverted to AIDS.

Which ought to make a LOT of folks skeptical about the alleged link between HIV and AIDS.

Excerpt from St. John's Law Review (Fall 1997): "Despite the foregoing caveats, the CDC investigation concluded, based on the viral sequencing found, that Dr. Acer most probably infected Ms. Bergalis." I'm not sure if there's a more recent finding debunking the CDC finding, but would be very curious to know either way.

The CDC, I believe, indicated that she was infected with the same strain of HIV that the dentist had, and that five other patients of his had allegedly acquired. I've also read that a gynecological observation of Kimberly indicated that she may have had sex previously, which may point to an infection via unprotected sex. This case is really a mystery, because no one can figure out how the dentist may have allegedly transmitted this virus to his six patients.

I read the entire story. It appears that she did NOT contract AIDS from the dentist, but rather from sexual intercourse. She lied to the entire world about it.
