Very good use of sound and effects. Tension is built evenly and to great effect. However the footage skipped at 1:02 and became slightly wider, which was unfortunate as it took al the tension away for me personally.

Nice one. Sinister and tense.
The stedicam works really wel with the naturalism and the shadows really act well, bit confusing though. Good.

I like the home video effect used in this opening sequence, it is very realistic. The patients are well cut in and the editing and cliffhanger is effective.
