@WeenisLad Its not so much the content of the song as the message it may send to others. Granted its not protestant, thank God. Singing protestant songs sends the message, especially to youth, that there is no difference between protestantism and Orthodoxy, which is untrue.

We sing "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "Joy to the World" at my Greek Orthodox church after the liturgy on Christmas. As long as the lyrics are okay, is it really that big of a deal?
