Hard to tell from the video. Send an email in to support(at)audioengineusa(dot)com with details on the issue and purchase information. They should be able to help out.

The A2s would be an upgrade for most TV sets, for real home theater sound though we recommend using the A5+ model since it is larger and can handle louder volumes. It also includes a remote which comes in handy.

Just returned a pair of Bose and got these instead. Very happy with my A2s so far.

The lack of a headphone jack and having the volume knob on the rear panel is a real deal breaker for me. Though they're half the price and won't deliver the same quality, for desktop functionality I'm more inclined to go with Creative T40 SII's than these.

There are two ways to connect a powered subwoofer to the A2s. The S8 has two inputs and an output, so you could send the audio signal into it and then use the output to connect to the A2s. The other option would be to send the audio signal into the A2s and then use the opposite connection as an output to connect to the input on your subwoofer. Both inputs on the A2s will act as outputs when audio is sent into either the A or B input. The D1 with an adapter will work in this setup as well.

bought these 2 weeks ago for my iMac and they sound phenomenal. I love them. Currently saving up for the speaker stands and D1 DAC!

It would not be recommended to use the N22 on it's side as it is designed with the ventilation openings on the top and bottom to allow the heat to properly dissipate during use.
