@Echoz1Rain what video did you watch bud? he got pulled over for doing 55 in a 40 zone. the blasting radio likely wouldnt have gotten him pulled over unless it was at ridiculous levels. it was tacked on because he was already pulled over and the radio was too loud.
its common sense. they let the small shit slide, but if you force their hand with something important they will nail you on EVERYTHING you did.
and ultimately, its your fault for breaking those laws in the first place.

I don't get this, in my area we got people on motorcycles THE MOST OBNOXIOUS FUCKING VEHICLE OUT THERE and they don't get in ANY shit at all, But a man with music turned up loud gets pulled over for a radio.. that pisses me off.
