  • To play these chords on a keyboard would be nice....but 6 voices, moving around, singing close voiced chords, pitch perfect............Unbelievable....

There cannot have been a better harmony group...ever....some good ones maybe......barbershop etc, OK......

Take 6, chordwise, with the incredible close voicings....and each member can sing individually, The best...I can`t say anymore...stunning!!

  • @lillyjcanada Committed is good but it's clear where they got their inspiration from...Take 6. I still have not heard anyone with the acrobat capabilities of Mark Kibble and his distinctive tone. The depth Vinnie has right now is just ridiculous and Claude still has the sweet top end although it is sometimes supplemented by David Thomas. There just isn't a group that has this gift from arranging to writing to execution. They have inspired millions I am sure and they are living legends

  • @debussy2002 I agree--If I was singing this I would stumble on someone elses part, but they each know how to stay in their own lane---AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • @debussy2002 I think your review is stunning and sums them up nicely. Take 6 is awesome. I like that they use complex jazz chords and sing the 9ths, 13ths, in their performances wow! They have awesome ears. I also liked the Four Freshmen who I wouldn't be surprised if they listened to them as well. But I think I read that Cedric Dent who plays piano brings the jazz component into the group and their launching part is jazz big band harmonies, Duke, Basie, oh yeah!

  • one of my favorite songs

  • I'm grateful all of you love this group like they should be loved. Its sad cuz the stupid youth and some of the older age groups love Justin Bieber or the crappy autotune of T-Pain or Akon these days and call it music. These guys are the real deal and came out way before all of them. We keep their spirit alive with our support and they deserve it more cuz this is music. REAL music. God bless you, Claude McKnight III! You started it all, brotha!

  • whoever singing soprano is SANGIN SOPRANO! such a classic!

  • This is the song that will be playing when i see God in my dreams!

  • They sound like angels singing! I miss being able to see somebody sing with words coming out of their mouths. No gimmicks. JUST BEAUTIFUL VOICE! Take 6 will always be my favorite group!

  • The best EVER

  • Its

  • that lead soprano is killing it!!!!
