@THEMUVA It's all up for interpretation. You definitely got the picture with their last day alive. The girl runs after the guy at the end because she recognizes him from her dream (the black and white sequence). The guy also recognizes her from his dream. What they see outside the window is the end of the world and when they touch the dream ends. So when they hold hands at the venue the song ends and the band is gone. So perhaps it was the Apocalypse or all a dream.

They gave me a demo CD for free. :) This was one of the songs on it along with a pretty good number of others.
Sadly, I lent it to someone and never got it back. Wish I still had it.
