Please learn the truth behind the income tax: it was created with the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 - its purpose being to fund the government to pay the interest incurred on government loans from the (private) Federal Reserve. In other words, the income tax is paid to central bankers, and have no gains to you whatsoever.
Learn about how international bankers (such as the Rothschild's and Rockefeller's) have come to dominate the world through the control of financial systems, via their ownership of central banking institutions.
But that's only the beginning...
We have become their slaves, and they desire to form a world-government that will control us all under their supreme authority. And knowing the truth is the only thing that can set us free.
MARCH ON WASHINGTON!
April 15th, 2008
PROTEST THE INCOME TAX AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE!
So long as there is a central bank, you will never be free or prosperous.
What about this "The Internal Revenue Code is law. It was passed by the United States Congress. It does not come from the IRS. The IRS writes regulations that help implement the Code, but the Code itself was passed by Congress. Under the Constitution, if a bill is passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the President, it is the law. That's what happened with the Internal Revenue Code, so the Code is the law."

@NeOne314IamOne The Constitution doesn't define income. Neither does it define Due Process, Equal Protection, Freedom of the Press, interstate commerce, or many other concepts.
The Supreme Court has characterized income as a realized accession to wealth over which the recipient has control.
Do you still maintain that under the Constitution there's a type of income that can't be taxed? If so, what is it and what provision of the Constitution makes it exempt?

@prof5string After all, court cases have done so in certain circumstances, and they usually include an increase, gain, or accession of wealth. Those that accept the benefits or securities of an employer are receiving wagers in kind.

@prof5string Sorry for the delay, just haven't had the time to waste. It's good to see we agree that all that comes in is not income, and that some people have No taxable income and are not taxpayers. Where in the Constitution does it define income? What act of Congress defines income? Please, share.

@jefferson17399 I copied nothing, because I know the law independently of what's on the IRS website. If you think what I posted was incorrect, consider the case of Vernice Kuglin, who was acquitted of criminal tax charges but who ended up settling her civil tax problems for over $500,000 in deficiencies, penalties, and interest. Or take Tommy Cryer, who was acquitted but who's currently facing a $1.8 million deficiency in Tax Court.

On August 27, 2008, the United States Tax Court ruled that Banister was liable for federal income taxes and penalties for failure to file his 2002 federal income tax return and report, as income, over $23,000 in a distribution from a retirement plan and other income.
In another case, he was aquited on counts on conspiracy to defraud, but the man he helped was convicted.
