www.Still2012.com. Croatians will be voting on a union with the European Union before year's end. They must reject this and the Euro and maintain their sovereign control over their national money. Iceland is still under pressure to be rushed into the EU along with Croatia. Both nations need to remain sovereign.

Croatians have to choose from lesser evil. EU idiots or even bigger corrupted homegrown idiots. In EU there is at least some restriction on debt to GDP and EU fund money flow is more difficult to steal. Or they can discover natural gas and keep away from EU like Norway. EU is not only about Euro it is about guarantees of rule of law. If your democracy is higher quality than in EU then don't join. The same goes for standard of living. Can you make it on your own?

It is always funny when I listen foreigner speaking about other countries. Facts are this: Cro Prime minister is in jail...oops...Minister of economy was in jail...now is temporarily released. Croatian Gouvernment is mafia, although when you see them ..they are smiling and speak sweet words. They are stealing money from tax payers in every department. At least in EU ,you can not do this or one will be punished. Croatian currency Kuna is attached to euro and if euro crashes, Kuna will also...

Get real. There's nothing wrong with Money. It's just a tool to help you and I trade our stuff.

The only reason we're having the problems we're having today is because we've surrendered control of what classifies as money to a group of unaccountable, secretive oligarchs. All the positive changes made in the past 10 years are a direct result of pressure from negotiations with EU.

The problem is that most of people in Croatia don't realize that corruption and political criminal are acctualy the products of our political and monetary system, rather than reasons of our problems such as low purchasing power. Even the privatization, which most people in Croatia believe is the key reason of our situation today is consequence of adopting the rules of free flow of capital. We probably have problem with our mentality, we are affraid of acheaving full independence.

Nobody is forcing the government to borrowing money. They are borrowing to create the illusion of prosperity, so they can stay in power. It doesn’t matter which currency a country uses. Countries can use gold, cacao or sea shells as money for trading purposes. Productivity matters. No productivity – no prosperity. Printing your own money is useless if you don’t have any goods or services to sell.
