  • Thank you for this video! I know firsthand of the effects bad foot alignment can do to a person. Posture problems, neck/shoulder/pelvis problems....alot of that can be traced down to how your feet are aligned, and how you're walking around on them all day. "It all starts with the feet".

    I think daily massages/exercises like these should be a part of everybody's life.
