Boeing 747 Landing JFK New York - British Airways from Heathrow

TOUCHDOWN AT 6:20!

A British Airways Boeing 747-400 landing in New York JFK, runway 31R. After switching to manual braking the pilot hit the brakes pretty hard so something in the "board-kitchen" crashed, you will hear that shortly after touchdown.

Hi there, I watched your previous video of taking of and that looked pretty smooth too. I am planning a 6 city journey in USA and my first city would be New York, hence why i am watching this. I would also fly with BA, did you find the flight comfortable, & do you have a picture or information of the flight path the boeing takes?. A part of my brain always thinks what if we had to crash land? If you could answer then questions i would be very greatful!

P.S. how do you know so much about flaps???

@armyfan1993 For the money the flight was excellent, food was all right and the service good. Probalbly the flight with emirates would have been even better, but you'll have to pay a lot more then. Sorry, no information about the flight path, the flight time to NY was 6:30 and back to Heathrow about 6.

Don't be scared of a crash. Remember, just in frankfurt is a plane landing/taking off every 30 seconds and there is a crash with victims maybe once a year. Your car is 100x dangerous

@ebksp123 thanks for getting back to me. Ok you've given me slight confidence in flying. Plus I'm only 18 but have been to hong kong, AU & Singapore. But yeah I will have to look into flight path. Pretty sure they fly over the Greenland above USA
