can I dostrength training everyday...I hate cardio but <3 strength training...Ican doitforlike5 days in arow...what couldbe the possible side effects...Iheard thatwomen shouldrefrain from strength training daily as it messes up their reproductive ssytems :O

@ZMMS1993 I would try not to do it everyday, but rather every other day. If you wanna workout but hate "cardio" try Yoga on off days or another cardio option, like playing a sport or swimming.

Squats are pure hell. I noticed for your shoulder press, you are doing it with your shoulder's internally rotated, and moving in the sagittal plane (or did I just screw up my joint movements and planes?) Anyways, is that supposed to reduce stress on the shoulder?

@Erdbeerbowle I usually do my overhead presses on the saggital plane (left/right), in this video I am doing them on a frontal plane, to my knowledge it doesn't reduce stress but it just works your shoulders from a different angle to switch up the movement and get faster results if you've been doing regular overhead presses for awhile now
