It was a lot of dreams being sold for a very high price with NO guarantee! If the workshop is SO successful, then why no guarantee?

I went to one of these conferences last night actually, and as the post says, the guy kept referring to a 3 day workshop. They later tell us, the workshop is $1997!! That's a lot of money for people that are desperate to make more income. It just seemed like a scam to me. They also said they would put there money up for an investment property, ONLY, as long as we attend the 3-day workshop, which costs $1997! There was no guarantee on the workshop.

I went to one of his conference in downtown Toronto last night. Everything goes well until they start talking about 3 days workshop which cost over $2000. Honestly ??? to just showing people how to buy house in U.S? It was pretty disappointing. I went there with lot of love and dream, and I walk away an hour before it actually end. I have no problem to pay 4% of the total property price to real state as a buyer( which I don't have to because I'm a buyer) but why the hell should I pay $2000
