The "free-lance" team from Crossroads Africa, Stan Frederick, Paula Taylor and Dan Taylor, traveled from Colorado to Africa on a discovery trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya. They identified the most pressing needs of AIDS orphans trying to survive in remote, rural areas.
This video shows four disabled children who walk three miles to and from schools - without shoes.
The headmaster requested help for these bright children who showed us all an amazing courageous spirit.

A rural school 90 miles from Harare, called Mangwauanwuara Primary (not sure about the spelling but it's close). It's in Mashonaland along the Uminiati River. It's in terrible shape. Since June, the headmaster and several students have died; all but three teachers have left and there is little food. Our organization raised funds for a feeding program but with only enough food to last until the end of April. We are now collecting more funds.
