Pokémon Sapphire - Seabasin Pokémon Kyogre - Part 2

The second part of my quest to reach Kyogre, the Seabasin Pokémon.
Now, Steven told me that he is going to Sootopolis, and I will go too, but my Swablu with HM02 is in the Box, so I need to go to Mossdeep to get to fly to Sootopolis, where the Cave of Origin is.
I just speed up some boring parts

No, you just need the first 7 badges, then you have to go to Seafloor Cavern and defeat Archie, then you can reach Kyogre.

You can go in the cave of origin and catch kyogre in Sapphire only.

@FFvs13noctis well if you could wats the point your pokemons will be weak if you get all the badges your pokemon will be stronge and cant die easy
