It's a 1915 Detroit Electric. I believe it has some modern parts now but was always a battery electric car. it run's just fine. I had a ride in it. Mine is the white Daihatsu charade with all the labels in the engine bay.

That looks like an original rather than a conversion, which would make it circa 1910, no clue on the make/model though.
