Google personalized search records your web history, if you've clicked on a link in the past 90 days, Google assumes you LIKE that link more than the others presented in a search query. Make sure you are NOT logged in to your Google account.

That's not all you have to do to turn off personalizations based on search history. Do a search, any search, in the upper right corner click "web history", then click "disable customizations"
