exactly - from replay of the second last pitstop apparently the team dropped the car off the air-jack before the tire was solidly on the car - team communication and driver error led to that wheel nut/axle breaking thus allowing the tire to come off less than 20 laps later - really unfortunate for the 2 because it had a great start to finish like that - just makes you want to come back with a vengeance and after Peugeot mishandled/overheated in 2008 in the rain, Audi did

This was soooo unlucky, i was thinking that Audi number 2 would win there.

that putting down of the car while the single lug nut is not done up, That contributed to suspension damage, The car just left the track getting damaged at the end.

Thought as much. I think to blame the pit crew or any drivers is therefore wrong of Audi, but sadly expected of them at the same time.
