Preview of Fitness Fix Sports Conditioning by Denise Beatty, available at Fitness Organica, http://www.fitnessorganica.com/products/FitnessFixSportsConditioning.html

The Fitness Fix series is an unusual blend of challenging, effective strength training and physical therapy. Denise is an exercise physiologist as well as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. After suffering two major accidents, she incorporated and perfected these exercises and not only totally overcame her injuries, but also developed this unique fitness program for both the healthy and those who are in rehab or have common aches and pains, such as knee problems. One of the more remarkable aspects of Denise's program is that these are not watered-down exercises designed
to baby you. They're tough and designed to challenge your whole body in new ways. You will need a stability ball, tubing and/or dumbbells, and a foam roller if you plan to do the Foam Roller Massage (which I definitely recommend!). Other optional items are a balance disk, a mini-ball, and a sand-filled cylinder. Denise always shows options if you don't have these latter pieces of equipment.

In this advanced-level Sports Conditioning DVD, you can mix-and-match from the following sessions: Balance Warm-Up (9 minutes), Upper Body (30 minutes), Lower Body (30 minutes), Core (20 minutes), Plyometrics (6 minutes), Upper Body Flexibility (4 minutes), Lower Body Flexibility (6 minutes), Foam Roller Massage (15 minutes), and the 35-Minute Fix.
