@9winters5 It's all down to what you think you need! I bought 2 electrics and now I'm thinking of buying my bass. I've been playing for almost 3 years :) Personal preference though! :)

@9winters5 for smoother soft sounding playing it probably is :) i play electric and acoustic! but both sound hella good!

should i get an acoustic bass? im a 16 year old beginner (i know a lot of music theory from 6 years of trumpet but hav only played bass for about 2 months) and i already hav an electric, although its just a cheap entry level. is the acoustic worth it?
