SB-200 have af assist , are those controllable via the SU-800 only or they can be started from the camera as well?

Whoa, no wonder this kit costs so much! It looks very useful though. I'm a long way from needing (let alone being able to afford) this flash kit, but it's great to know what's available to purchase.
