I liked the Atlantis level, freaking hated the Murderland level...This game has a pretty large range of themes. I'm not dissatisfied with the game, but it would be nice if there was a bit of backtracking involved.

If you can get over the style of gameplay, then yes, it's very good. It quickly became a platinum/greatest hits title, and was eventually bundled with consoles as they knew it would increase sales of both the game and consoles. Received a lot of gamer awards as well, and rated pretty damned high. Not everybody is in to the style of play though, so it's not for everybody.

All the characters could have used a bit more sprucing up. Thankfully the next one looks like it's working out more detail with characters.
