Aw come on, he is drinking water. This is not impressionable, stop taking this so seriously. It's a funny scene because it's JUST A MOVIE, and he stops drinking when the cop is driving next to him for about 20-30 seconds (in the actual movie, not this shortened clip). I like alcohol but I've never even considered getting behind the wheel of a car after drinking. Never even after ONE beer. Lighten up...
