Bringing your feet to the ceiling and lowering them slowly, like a gymnast is a super abdominal exercise.
The main abdominal work here is the lowering part.
You can increase the difficulty by putting on ankle weights or holding a medicine ball between your knees or angles.
You can also perform this while holding on a pull up bar, and if you really want to work hard, superset this with pull ups.
