Sunshine Coast Scorchers Cricket and Athlete Assessments- Coaching Styles)

Athlete Assessments worked with the Scorchers to improve their team work by helping them to better understand each other. Each player discussed their profile within the team and ways that the team could work more cohesively together. Bo Hanson also spoke about his Olympic experiences and showed his medals to the team. In particular Bo focused on what makes a great team. That being the "Emotional Connections" that exist on three levels. Those connections are between the players, the results the team is trying to achieve and the team's identity.
