Copenhagen's Skovshoved Hotel

Four miles north of Copenhagen and 100 yards from the sea, Skovshoved Hotel is a lovely three-story hotel set in a charming former fishing village. From the Skovshoved Hotel, its a pleasant 20 minute walk along the sea and through a park to the town of Hellerup, where there is some interesting shopping for clothes and housewares as well as a few restaurants, although the hotels restaurant and patio serves up some of the best dishes youll find, including a wonderful rendition of mussels cooked in white wine.
