DO NOT TRY THIS WITH THE 510 WHISTLE TIP CARTS! It works with ease for the normal round tip carts, but the whistle tips, for some reason, are too frail at the head and will bend and warp pretty badly.

The zFm can be a bit touchy but when its working well - its very nice. Vaping at 6v can be harsh with a cart filler like polly Fill or Blue Foam, but the silicone holds up to the atty heat and puts off no nasty taste. The hole or star cut in the zFm seals up around the bridge when done right. The bridge is a wire wick and draws the juice to the atty, so if the mod is set up right and the bridge is seating in the hole or star cut on the zFm, you will get no leakage and juice in your mouth ;-)

I've been trying to do this for hours, and cannot get the plug to break outside of cutting it. I press the cart as hard as I ca against it and rotate it on a hard surface but the plug still looks like new. I finally gave up and cut the plug, but it falls out of the cart and will not stay unless I hold the cart upright. What am I doing wrong?

@ElegyForTheMasses Take an old cart - put on the cap - press against a hard surface and gently but firmly press down while rolling the cart along the edge. You will feel it give way. You can also use your finger nail to chase it around the edge. After you get one done right it will be much easier and the plugs come out perfectly matching the carts ;-)

@microflex22 Actually it was a cold day and I was outside trying to get better lighting for the darn web cam (I have a new computer now so things are better) That was the pool heater kicking on in the back ground LOL

i ordered zfm carts from scottyballs - but even when using the hole-cut, i'm still gettin a burnt atty taste :S and i'm using a full PG liquid, so it's not a thickness issue either.

Ok captain, really appreciate your detailed description here but one question (and if it's going to make me look like a moron, please PM me on the issue): how do you prevent the liquid from leaking into your fucking MOUTH on the other end of the cart!?
