Like so many commentators, this guy talks in generalities, rather than offering a specific explanation of how to 'personalise'.
And the reason why so much CBT failed in the past is that it consisted of substandard content encased in an inflexible delivery method, offered to companies as simply a way to drastically reduce training costs (very often accompanied by a a financial incentive to the decision maker to purchase it).

@jannuser "This guy" seems to be doing a good job of elaborating on the concept of personalisation. BTW are you alleging that in the past decision-makers took bribes to purchase CBT courseware? If you've any evidence to substantiate this accusation I'd live to see it.
