Are you asking if that is a Maschine or an MPC? It's a Maschine and it works both and a MAC and a PC.
The Maschine hardware is just a midi controller and has no audio within it. In fact you need a computer to make it work. It gets it's power from the USB port on the computer and the Maschine software runs on that computer.
Most but not all of the MPC's have a standalone computer/synth inside of them. The also have inputs and outputs.
