Yes it´s true carboxy therapy is an excellent solution for dark circles. An excellent device for this use is the Carbocy-pen from anti-ageing medical systems

No it does not, dark circles are due to capillaries fragility. The brown color is due to blood. Abrasion, peelings etc. does not correct dark circles. You should use a good eye cream with active ingredients treating the capillaries.

This technique can be performed softly or more deeply. The more the abrasion is deep the more it hurts, but side effects are very very limited if used by a trainned therapist.
