WTF,120 Colors Pallet 2nd Edition!

bhcosmetics said they were goin to send me a replacement pallet, and they kept their word...BUT...it still was broken like the 1st edition. IM LIKE WOW.

@Elaina808 1st of all you are responding to a video that was made over a year and a half ago. 2nd, what you seen on cam is what i cleaned up. It was way worst. 3rd, each and every pallete I was sent were ALL broken. 4th, I spent my money on these and they costed more than what they are selling today...so since you didnt spend your money, and have several weeks of waiting...then you cant judge whats bad, because you didnt see much of nothing. thank you...and get over it!!!

I ordered a palette from BH and the mirror was broken. I emailed them to let them know how long I waited and how disappointed I was when I received the palette.They did send out another one. But I will never do business with this company again...only reason why is because the shipping just took to long( like 10 days) Coastal Scents only took 3 days.Thanks for being honest...And letting people know whats what.

that's strange...i ordered my 88 shimmer palette a week or so ago and it came in perfect condition...

I order like $220.00 on Bh cosmetics like 3 weeks ago and they haven't even come I'm so mad because I was supposed to send those palettes as a Christmas gift to my friend in Guatemala and I'm late there is not way that they get on time I think they should send me something as an apology :{

See the reason I thank your makeup broke is because of the ups delivery because bhcosmetics wrap they makeup really good I order from them every month.I order for me and my sister and all my makeup came nice and wrapped I never had a problem with them
