The info on the vid says it was in 2007 and James and D'Arcy wanted nothing to do with Smashing Pumpkins at that point, so it's most likely Jeff and Ginger

yeah i think it is the 2 new members Jeff and Ginger becuase when the pumpkins rejoined they started wearing these white or striped costumes. and in this video the outfits seem to be similar.
also Darc'y's posture was never that good, she always kind of had that hunch like billy does.
