Alright, first unplug your internet router (the little black box that holds all of the interwebs) for 6-7 hours at a time. Plug it back in and you should be fine. If not, call your internet provider and request a new IP adress.

@Beaner5211 It happened to me too. I e-mailed the staff at info@roblox.com, and they said it was an IP ban. An IP ban is when you can't go to the website AT ALL, you can't even play as a guest. They said an IP ban lasts for a week, but if you violate the rules again, the IP ban becomes permanent. So yeah, if this is the first time it happened to you, it will probably be lifted in exactly a week after it started.

You don't have to make a video about it, all you had to do was contact the staff in an Email, then tell them the full information instead of wasting people's Bandwidth. Simplest solution.

Guys this happened to me a minute ago. Because i made another account and as a joke made fun of telamon. they ban your ip. so you guys need to change your IP to go back.
