Hey - I just realized he doesn't have much of a "smoker's voice". That's so strange. How can a guy chain smoke for decades and not have a smoker's voice?

His appearance has changed because he's stopped doing the drugs that resulted in the "less youthful" look of the past.

David Bowie has never had plastic surgery. Unless you count the dental work, which was done because, again, drugs had taken a toll on his already kind of naturally poor teeth. I'm sure it was aesthetic, but also health-related, anyways.

He's really the sort of guy who, if he'd had work done, he would've said so. And he's denied it, so he hasn't had any done.

Yeah, but then again - I think David Bowie has put a lot of money into his appearance. Look how different he looks in this interview compared to his late 60s self: his skin looks more youthful when he is decades older. Not to mention all the dental work...

So maybe Zowie/Duncan would look just as hot if he spent as much on his appearance.
