Buddhist do not believe in a blind faith. Believe in the big book or else. Lord Buddha says try, test and taste for your -self. If it is good - go for it. If it is not leave it. Buddhism is practicing the power of now. There is no power in the past or.the future. We only have the present. Read the book The power of now by Eckhard Tolle he explains nicely. May you be happy and well.

Buddhists try to show off wisdom. Buddhists rumour about their master. As Buddha become buddhist's god. Surrender yourself to the now. It's so simple people know present time is a time that people true live in. Human life is complex. Past, present, future conect together. missing one is mis your part of life. Think, do too much about "now" become pragmatic. On bad way become selfish, animal.

@Agui007 - I like that. It's so difficult to stay focused, in the moment, even w / meditating or praying, whatever. I think that's why breathing exercises are so beneficial.
