How did she get the turkey to be wet so that the salt doesn;t fall off?

did she add oil or butter on it?

I'v finished the Brining but The damn salt keeps falling off.

Regardless though your posting your opinions first of all on youtube, and second your posting them on a video explaining how to season a turkey, so if you thought everyone was just going to stop cooking their bird and give you praise, than you are rather naive.
