@ryanw1pool my dad is a police officer and i once asked him about the whole shooting out knees. You want to know what he told me? When in our training as a police officer we are taught if you pull the gun be prepared to kill, because if you have to shoot you are shooting to kill not to put someone in the hospital, that is why this is last resort.

I don't like cops and think they over react all the time.. I'll give this one credit... If some drunk tried to clock me and kept walking toward me after I had my gun drawn I would of ventilated the prick. This cop ( or for what the video shows) kept his cool.
