This time-lapse video of the making of the Calavera Company logo is a 1.5 hour inking condensed and set to music by 500 Miles to Memphis. After pencil sketching the outline, I inked the drawing with FW Acrylic ink and a Winsor & Newton Series 7 Kolinsky Sable Pointed Round #2 brush.
The Calavera Company offers Day of the Dead art and apparel and can be found on the Web at: www.CalaveraCompany.com

  • @erchix I use FW acrylic inks....jet black, waterproof and stands up to erasing. Thanks again!

  • @DavidLozeau do you use regular ink? I use water proof art pencils but going over with soft eraser it still disturbes the lines. ahh I'm love seeing your works, keep recording them, mate. cheers from Latvia \m/

  • @erchix Thanks man! I use a soft plastic eraser and it comes right off...leaving the black line work attached.

  • good stuff mate, how do you get rid off the pencil?
