Filmnet TV: Engle og Dæmoner GALLA

Filmnet TV var med til gallapremieren på "Engle og Dæmoner", hvor vores udsendte fik snakket med de to danske skuespillere Nikolaj Lie Kaas og Thure Lindhardt, som begge er med i Hollywood blockbusteren!

Translated interview with Thure Lindhart:
Interviewer: First of all, congratulations with the movie
Thure Lindhart: Thank you
Int.: So why did you choose this movie..and dont say its just because Hollywood chose you
Thure: It was the movie that chose me, lets just call a shovel a shovel (Danish saying, meaning lets just call something what it genuinely is.). Because it was a fantastic project to be a part of. I was supposed to have worked with Ron Howard on another project (Ed. The DaVinci Code, was supposed to have played the albino guy Silas), and that didnt happen. And now they (Howard), offered me a part in this one, so I just jumped on it right away with even thinking.
Int.: What about religion, politics and conspiracy theories..which the movie is about..is that something that interests you?
Thure: It is, but its (the movie) first of all a Hollywood blockbuster, a thriller, and its meant to entertain as they say. So, all the big questions....well its a thriller, and its a cool thriller. I think its 10 times better than the previous one.
Int.: So now you have gone from Danish productions to what is arguably the biggest blockbuster this year, what are the main differences between these two?
Thure: The biggest difference is of course the financial part, there is much more money for ...everything! Which you can see in the quality of the movie. It cost...an insane amount of money to make.
Int.: What about Tom Hanks. He plays the leading role in the movie, how do you feel about him?
Thure: He is an amazing guy.
Int.: How was it to work with him?
Thure: It was a great experience. Well..I saw the guy in Big you know...we all kinda know him, its him we know right, from tv and movies right. And it was a great experience.
