As of today, I've lost 10 lbs and I feel great. Im very glad that i decided to start this raw food lifestyle. I've been tempted to eat snacks and cooked foods, but I'm staying with it and taking it all a day at a time. k thats all, thanks for watching. :)

  • Hey Jen you're a really good looking girl! Great that you are on a raw diet =) I also switched now to a raw diet after have been for quite all my life vegetarian and the last year vegan. I am trying to do a raw vegan bodybuilding lifestyle, wich is a challange for me but there is a great website with infos and all the stuff. Are still eating raw vegan Jen?

  • mmm... japanese... don't like the theatrics but the food is good. doing raw myself. been a challenge. cheat the odd time, but only once every few days with a small bit of bad food.

    Are you still doing the raw thing? I've been doing mostly raw (it's been a challenge to go all raw for me) but I'm still not eating meat or dairy and have lost weight.

  • try flax seeds,soymilk enhantance with omgema 3 and spirilina powder ya can mix in smooties to get protein and other minerals as well. hope this helps

  • Lots of salad, lots of fruit, way, way to much fruit as it turned out. Some nuts, avacado etc...but not nearly enough I would imagine. Both lost a fair bit of weight, 1 a lot. But both have to take glyburide and glucophage now.

  • not asking you for proof, just asking what their diets consisted of while they were raw vegan. realize that the raw vegan diet is not without pitfalls.
