@KaroKaraokeCountry Non, en région parisienne il y a régulièrement de la neige ms à l'intérieur de la ville, on en voit moins pcq les routes sont déssalées.

@josephinedevesle I said "warmer than the sourrindings" so compared to the rest of northern France, it snows less. Of course Russia has a different climate than France. Though I guess in Moscow it must be warmer than in the rural places.

@josephinedevesle, Really? Why isn't the pollution inside Moscow not making climate warmer yet it's still below freezing. It must be something to do with the gulf stream bringing in milder weather?
