  • Rhys Ifans really deserve an Oscar in this movie. Such a good actor! Amazing! Is he a bit shy in real life? That's more attractive~~

  • OMG His Voice is sooooooo HOT!

  • I loved the film & also believe Edward de Vere wrote the works. I must say that Rhys Ifans is absolutely HOT! WOW!

  • There is something so elegant and endearing about movies about England and the Monarchy? Can't wait to see this movie!

  • @Steerpike07 Then maybe we´ll finally get to see him receive the golden trophy!

  • "Shakespeare has become a kind of jingoistic brand."

  • @TheFranklyman How come there is not a single manuscript of any play in Shakespeare's handwriting? Why do the six badly scrawled signatures that represent the only handwriting we have by him contrast so glaringly with the fluid calligraphy of signatures by Chris Marlowe and Ben Jonson? Why is the tomb in Holy Trinity, Stratford empty? Why are the Stratford Grammar School registers for the years WS was supposed to be there missing? Why is the First Folio dedicated to the son-in-law of de Vere?

  • Hamlet is a rewrite of Denmark folklore. Romeo & Juliet was an older Italian tale.

Why is it so hard to believe that Will wrote his works with a plain education? Look at Lincoln he taught himself. As for the De vere theory, I'm sure that he might have heard some banter about his life somewhere and appropriated it. Writers tend to filch gossip & news, and actors love to brag. Marlowe was a good murderer so I'm sure he put in his 2 cents worth.
