This is my attempt at the reqs. I know I'm doing them with bad form, especially on the dips!
I'm gonna upload a new one with better form, just gotta clean up my reps!
The reqs:
40 DIPS
20 PULL-UPS
50 PUSH-UPS
5 MUSCEL-UPS
In 6 minutes.

PS. Sorry for bad video quality and crappy cameraman :P

  • Damn Logan, nice attempt! That was a bar-barian doing those MUs at the end there - sick! I'd suggest practicing the reqs on a horizontal bar though, because just like you said, the split bar is a little easier. Props bro, keep it going, you're almost there!
