Hey Kim!  I just subscribed. Thank you soooo much for sharing the good the bad and the ugly. I'm just getting ready to start my pre-op liquid diet. My surgery date is 1/30/2012!!! Yaaay!!! Over that past couple of months I've watched at least a 200 videos - especially yours. I want you to know that I appreciate your openness and willingness to share without sugarcoating.
