Betta Tank

Well here we go again! My betta named Stussy and his oto cat buddy named Bohan.

changed water and just added two fake plants which Stussy is curious about..

and YES.. his right fin is clear and his left fin is black :)

hope you enjoy my mini 5 gallon tank for my betta!

what kind of filter do you use?

im using AquaClear 20 filter, it came with the starter kit i bought a while ago

no problem. FYI, java fern and anubias don't like to be planted in the substrate, but you can weight them down with a rock or wedge them into a crevice in your driftwood.

amazing tank! looks much better with some greens.

just watch those plastic plants, I had some in with my halfmoon and when he swam through them his fin tore! Right before my eyes. It healed in time, but his tails uneven now. If you're not one with a green thumb for aquatic plants, may I suggest some hardy low light plants like Dwarf Anubias, Java Fern, and/or Java Moss?

thanks! i just used the plastic ones just to see if it would look good. still looking for a plant that would suit my setup. seeing your comment made it so much easier to choose what i need. guess i'll get the java fern and java moss :D

you have a very nice betta fish tank im sure he must be very happy in that tank . i also have my betta fish in a 5 gallon and he loves it.
